Push-ups
lay
face down on the floor with legs streched out to full extension. Now proceed to raise your chest off the
ground. With the use of your arms by
placing your hands even with your shoulders, and bend your arms so your hands are
even with your elbows and your hands are parallel with the floor. Now proceed to place your feet together and point your toes towards the ground. Now with your legs and waist 1 stiff board,
begins to raise your body up with the use of your arms until your elbows are
straight. Once you have accomplish that
now lower your body in the opposite direction towards the floor, but stoping
about 3 or 4 inches from the floor and remember keep your body straight like a
board.
This concentrates on the chest shoulders
triceps and the back.
