Gently place your focus on your legs... Imagine your legs

extending down down down down... into the earth just like

large roots... roots of an oak tree... extending down

through your feet and into the earth extending down to

the very centre of the earth...

 

4. Secure your roots to the centre of the earth

 

Find a special place where you can secure your roots onto

the very centre of the earth

 

Gently say to yourself...

 

"I am grounded to the earth... feeling vital and strong"

 

Allow the healing earth energy to move up into your roots

and flow up into your entire body...

 

Filling every part of your being with inner peace...

warmth and vitality...

 

breathe deeply into this healing place...

 

allow the sense of peace and calm to flow through your

chest and heart....

 

And know that you can return to this place of inner peace

whenever you wish.
