Lets Move

 

I invite you to join me right now and commit to moving

Your body everyday from now until next year. If I could

Just get you to move that body of yours, vigorously, at

Least once a day, you will be so happy you did.

 

There are so many ways you can get moving.  Take the stairs instead of the elevator, get out and walk, walk in place, do jumping jacks, anything at all.

           

            If you get board quickly as I do, then every two weeks change the exercise.  Maybe walk for the first 2 weeks, then do jumping jacks every day for the next 2 weeks and so on.

 

 

If you have exercise equipment that is sitting under your

Bed or in a closet, take it out and start using it.  Use  them for about 20 minutes.  You

Are committing to less than 30 days and you can do this!  Since in 30 days you will notice results.

 

If you find you are too busy to squeeze in 20 minutes of

Exercise, clean your house!  Scrub your bathtubs for 20

minutes, vacuum at a fast pace, scrub your floors, run

up and down your stairs 25 times, just move that precious

body and do it everyday no matter what. My goal is to get

you used to the movement.  Once you have hit 21 days of

moving your body consistently, it will be like second

nature and be a very good habit.

 

Just think about this.  If you get into the habit of

moving right now, you will be so far ahead of the game

come Next month!
