Why should I exercise?
That must be the most common question that I hear. There are many answers to that question, but I will try to answer that as briefly as I can. Health, health, health! I think that sums it up.
Let me explain.
If you are not active at all your bones can and will become brittle. The reason being is that the calcium that is needed to strengthen
Your bones is being slowly removed, from your bones and is
then floating around in your blood. That intern, starts clogging your artery walls, due to the calcium settling their. That leads to making the heart pump harder due to the lack of space for the blood to run freely. Your breathing also contributes to this. By not taking large deep breaths constantlly, you are not bringing in adequate oxygen into your body on a daily basis that creates energy. Creating more energy in the body burns fat. This inturn, takes
strain off the bones which reduces the possibility
of calcium being drawn off of the bones.
Deep breaths, exercising and a healthy diet, will possabilly stop this from occurring. So lets get active and get that oxygen to come into the body.
There is an old saying that says, “If you do not use it, you will loose it!”
Think about this it is very true.
“ We take our bodies for granted. We will put high octane gas in our cars, no matter how expensive. Use
the highest grade oil to keep our engines running clean, yet we eat
so much crap! We too are an engine!
But we ignore our engines!” - Eddie Lorenzo
Do these statements sound familiar?
Why am I so Sluggish?
Why don’t my shorts fit from last summer?
Why don’t those exercise videos tell you how to perform those exercises?
If you answered yes to any of these, then you must start exercising, now and not later!
But how can I, those stupid exercise videos only show you how, they do not tell you how. Wait I think body talk, describes most exercises to you! The site is at
