Next those inner thighs. I know the ones that are getting loose if you sit a lot. This is easy. Make a fist, and then place the fist in between your knees. With the top of the hand up so the two sides of the fist are between the knees. Next start to squeeze the hand with the inside of the knees. Do this for 4 seconds, then relax, then quickly tighten them again.
Do this 12 times.
